Eligibility for Refund
The 7-day money-back guarantee is only available to new customersand applies exclusively to their first purchase. You are not eligiblefor this guarantee if:
- You have previously used UpCentral services
- You are connected to an existing or past account through:
- The same IP address
- The same payment method
- The same device
- The same browser fingerprint
Important: Any attempts to bypass these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension. UpCentral reserves the right to deny refund requests that violate these terms.
Monthly Plan
Our monthly plans renew automatically each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@upcentral.io. Upon cancellation:
- Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be issued for any unused portion of prepaid monthly charges
- Your account will not be charged for subsequent months
Annual Plan
For annual plans, we offer a 14-day cancellation period from the date of purchase. If you cancel within this period, you'll receive a prorated refund for the unused months.
After the 14-day period: No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your prepaid annual charges.
Auto-Renewal: Annual plans automatically renew at the end of each year. To prevent auto-renewal, you must contact us at least 30 days before your renewal date. There is no cancellation period for renewal years.
Additional Fees (Non-Refundable)
The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Pay-As-You-Go Credits: All purchased credits are non-refundable
- Additional Phone Numbers: Fees for extra phone numbers are non-refundable
- A2P Registration Fee ($20): This one-time registration fee is non-refundable
- Phone Number Porting Fee ($15): The fee for porting your existing number is non-refundable
Violation of Terms of Service
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of when the termination occurs.
